Please note that this hotel is for the rugged traveler only. The rooms are furnished very sparsely and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On the other hand, the Park View Hotel boasts an excellent location right across from Central Park. Visitors on a budget can easily walk to all the main sightseeing attractions and public transportation is only steps away from the hotel. With the hotel's affordable rates, it allows even the tightest of budgets to go that little bit further while enjoying clean, comfortable accommodations in the midst of bustling Manhattan.


This hotel is for the truly budget minded traveler. Rooms are simple and clean, but not air conditioned, and do not have phones or TVs. Each room features either one Full size bed or two Single beds.
